This policy covers how Intow treats personal information that it collects and receives, including information related to your past purchases, preferences and payments. This privacy policy only applies to Intow. It does not apply to the companies that Intow does not own or control, or to people that Intow does not employ or manage.

Intow collects personal information when you register with us, when you use its products or services, when you visit its pages or the pages of certain clients and partners. When you register with Intow and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Intow also collects information about your transactions with us and with our business partners.

In addition, when you use Intow's services, you may choose to make some of your personal information public. If you post personal information on online or offline platforms that are accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties and Intow will not be responsible for the use or misuse of such information.
Intow does not knowingly contact individuals under age 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without an adult's permission. Intow does not ask an individual under age 18 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

Intow may rent, sell, use or share with any third party any personal information to fulfil your requests for products and services, improve our services, conduct internal research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Intow under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to provide the products and services requested. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
Intow may share personal information without any restriction under the following circumstances:

Intow is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, veracity or reliability of any content, products or services which may be accessed or advertised to you and Intow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the same.

Intow may set and access Intow cookies on your computer. Intow may let other companies that show their content on some of our pages, and may set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies. Other companies do not have access to Intow's cookies.
Intow uses web beacons to access Intow cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with Intow products and services.

You can edit your Intow Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Intow service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Intow account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
You can delete your Intow account by visiting our Account Deletion page. Your information that might possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees and third parties who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with regulations to protect personal information about you. However, by using this website you understand and agree that no amount of safeguard is absolutely safe and secure.

Intow may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Intow account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. However, you are advised to regularly check the privacy policies for any updates.
