Orders will be dispatched through Healstop’s delivery system or through third party logistics players (3PL).
You will be notified of the orders accepted and dispatched by Healstop.
Order Tracking details will be notified to you as per the systems maintained by the 3PL.
In case of services, the delivery shall be as promised in the service details page and in the order. All disputes relating to delivery shall be examined by Healstop, which shall have sole discretion in determining whether the order was delivered as promised.
Accepted orders will be fulfilled within the earliest dispatch schedule. Healstop reserves the right to cancel the orders for products that are out of stock and will notify you of such situations. Refunds will be made for orders Cancelled or not processed by Healstop.
